Description
One often overlooked necessary feature of an interconnected wellness system is a method for maintaining and nurturing trust. A lack of trust between a law enforcement organization and the community they serve fosters fear, uncertainty and sometimes anger. Community trust is built with the right behaviors including: Fairness & Impartiality, Transparency and regular communications, as well as Giving voice to those who need to be heard.

We will challenge you to decide who is responsible for maintaining the trust of the community
We will invite you to commit a total of 10 hours, including 3 one-hour zoom sessions with John Marx, toward building or enhancing the Trust between your organization and your community. At the end of our time together, you will have developed an action plan for the implementation and enhancement of a Trust building initiative between your organization and the community you serve.
