Building Internal Trust Focus Area Package
Before we can build trust between our agency and our community members, we must first focus on our own
house and examine all of our internal strengths and weaknesses. This package lays the groundwork, and
establishes a plan to evaluate and enhance trust between all the people within an organization.
An often overlooked critical feature of a wellness ecosystem is that of trust. A necessary part of creating, supporting, and sustaining well-being is the ability to do so with the trust of your personnel and peers.
Just as healthy people need to have trust in each other, a healthy organization requires the trust of the people that make up the culture.

We can help you measure how to measure internal trust and how you fix broken trust
We will invite you to commit a total of 10 hours, including 3 one-hour zoom sessions with John Marx, toward building or enhancing of Internal Trust within your organization. At the end of our time together, you will have developed an action plan for the implementation and enhancement of an Internal Trust building initiative.
