We believe in building wellness and resilience in individuals through strengthening and conditioning them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to withstand all of the rigors and hidden dangers presented by a career in law enforcement.

We can help you identify specific needs in the area of individual resilience
We can help you develop measurable strategies for the development of comprehensive resilience
We can help you look beyond the person to their social & family support systems and how to help them

We will invite you to commit a total of 10 hours, including 3 one-hour zoom sessions with John Marx, toward enhancing, or building your Individual Resilience initiative. At the end of our time together, you will have developed an action plan for the implementation of your chosen Individual Resilience enhancement initiatives.
