While creating a wellness focused organizational culture it will not stand unless you nurture wellness focused leadership practices as well. Ours is a people business, and no matter how many toys and how much technology you deploy into the field, it’s still all about the people of law enforcement working with the people of our communities. Because of the immense pressure of law enforcement, our leadership needs to be healthy and focused on the well-being of our people who serve THE PEOPLE. We can help you define Wellness Leadership and how to lead for wellness. We can help you determine why wellness should be a key component of leadership. We can help you establish how to measure and encourage Wellness Leadership. We will invite you to commit a total of 10 hours, including 3 one-hour Zoom sessions with John Marx, toward enhancing or building Wellness Focused Leadership. At the end of our time together, you will have developed an action plan for the implementation for your chosen Wellness Leadership enhancement initiatives.
